Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional with proven expertise in business development or government liaising across multiple verticals and possess strong networks with government authorities, PSUs, and regulatory bodies. He/She will play a pivotal role in building and managing stakeholder relationships.

- Experience: 6-10+ years in Business Development with strong exposure to Government relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, PSUs, regulators, and private sector leaders across all group verticals.
- Facilitate vertical teams in pursuing new business opportunities and ensure effective follow-up on ongoing matters and proposals.
- Stay updated on policies, regulations, and sector developments relevant to the group's businesses and translate them into actionable opportunities.
- Work closely with the Chairman's Office, providing strategic support in high-level engagements.
- Represent the company at industry forums, government platforms, and corporate interactions.
- Safeguard and promote the group's interests with key decision and policy makers.
Skills:
- Proven experience of working with government and PSUs in a corporate/business development capacity.
- Strong understanding of government processes, industry dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to interpret and align the requirements of different business verticals with stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in external interactions.
- Proven ability to navigate sensitive government and political matters with problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and a solution-oriented approach.
