We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented professional to lead our growth and business development efforts. You will be the face of the organization, building bridges and developing long term strategic partnership with corporate partners (CSR), government departments, and international funding agencies etc.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential funders, corporate partners, and government departments.
• Pitching & Closing: Develop compelling projects decks and business proposals; lead high-stakes negotiations.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a robust CRM and nurture long- term stakeholder loyalty.
• Market Strategy: Analyze and identify fundraising and growth opportunities.
• Event Representation: Represent the organization at summits, networking events and other relevant platforms.
What You Bring
• Experience: 8-10 years in Business Development (Social Sector) with proven experience in Fundraising & Client Engagement.
• Education: MBA/PG from a reputed institution
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Grit: A curious mindset with the resilience to navigate development sector projects from conceptualization to implementation.
