Your Role
As a Management Trainee – Business Development, you will act as the link between clients and internal teams. Your focus will be on ensuring campaign success, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure timely resolution of queries
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to improve ROI
• Prepare and deliver regular client reports with clear performance updates
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify challenges proactively and implement effective solutions
• Spot upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
What We're Looking For
• 0–6 months of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles
• Basic understanding of affiliate/performance marketing and tracking tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to digital marketing agencies or affiliate networks
• Awareness of current digital advertising trends and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
