Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in Business or Marketing and have a strong interest in international markets, lead generation, and client relationship building. You will work closely with the senior business development team to support global growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential international clients and business opportunities
- Generate leads through various online platforms, email campaigns, and networking
- Assist in creating and presenting proposals for prospective clients
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with senior stakeholders and clients
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client data
- Support the senior business development team in client follow-ups and relationship management
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, pitch decks, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in international business and market expansion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Internship or project experience in international marketing or business development
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies
