Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in Business or Marketing and have a strong interest in international markets, lead generation, and client relationship building. You will work closely with the senior business development team to support global growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify potential international clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through various online platforms, email campaigns, and networking
• Assist in creating and presenting proposals for prospective clients
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with senior stakeholders and clients
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client data
• Support the senior business development team in client follow-ups and relationship management
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, pitch decks, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in international business and market expansion
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Internship or project experience in international marketing or business development
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies
