This is an internship opportunity for Business Development Executives at Xchieve. Based in Noida, this on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing partnerships, and managing client accounts. The intern will work closely with internal teams to achieve business growth objectives and enhance client relationships while gaining valuable professional experience in business development and corporate interactions.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Strong Business acumen and aptitude for driving growth initiatives
• Excellent Communication skills, with an ability to engage and build meaningful relationships
• Experience or interest in Account Management to nurture client partnerships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, while demonstrating self-motivation and accountability
• Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a results-oriented mindset
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
