Responsibilities
- Identifying and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Following up on leads and setting up meetings for the senior sales team.
- Conducting research on potential clients and preparing sales presentations.
- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Participating in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date with service knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Position: 6
- Location Pune
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (in any stream) with an MBA (Preferred) or bachelor's degree Marketing or MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: 6 Months to 4+ Years
- Knowledge: Construction Industry Business Development or Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) Industry is a Preferred.
- Number of working days: 5 days
- Time: 2:00 PM to 11.00 PM
- Weekend: Saturday & Sunday
- Job Location: Shivaji Nagar, Wakadewadi, Pune
Qualification
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Experience in account management and building client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
- International Sales and Marketing experience.
- Candidates with US, UK, Ireland, Europe travel experience would be preferred.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be proficient in English (writing & speaking)
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred.

Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) Industry is a must
