Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

Job Summary:

Seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for a digital marketing agency in Gurugram, Haryana. Entry-level role (0–1 year experience) focused on lead generation, client relationship management, and expanding the agency's portfolio across digital services such as SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive lead generation efforts by actively identifying prospects via LinkedIn, personalized email outreach, cold calling, and participation in networking opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their digital marketing needs.

Pitch and present digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media management, content creation, and more.

Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Negotiate contracts and close business deals.

Keep track of sales metrics, prepare reports, and meet

monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong networking ability and a knack for building client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms

• Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)

• Strong negotiation and closing ability

• Experience using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms for lead generation

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced agency environment.
