Business Development Executive

Location : Ahmedabad (On - Site)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you.

You will work with a UK-based Property Management client and coordinate with both the local team in India and team members based in the UK. In-depth training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with experience as well as dynamic freshers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with a UK-based client in the Property Management sector.
• Market properties on UK-based property portals.
• Pursue email campaigns for available property stock with Councils and Charities in the UK.
• Arrange property viewings for inquiries and referrals received from Councils and Property Portals.
• Perform eligibility and affordability checks for clients.
• Close clients by preparing agreements and coordinating signatures from both parties.
• Effectively resolve discrepancies and client complaints.
• Prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Excellent articulation and telephone manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and flexibility.
• Takes initiative while seeking advice and support when required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a supportive team player.

Shift Timings :

: Summer Timings : (Afternoon Shift)

• Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Saturday: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM

: Winter Timings : (Afternoon Shift)

• Monday to Friday: 01:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Saturday: 01:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays are Off.

Experience :

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or an International Process is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a dynamic personality are welcome to apply.

Salary - ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month + performance incentive

Education - Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
