Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in Business Development and Sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to interact confidently with potential clients. As a BDE Fresher, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Communicate with prospective customers via calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches
  • Maintain and update CRM/database records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
  • Support the sales and business development team in achieving targets
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Good presentation and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online research

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / MBA pursuing or completed
