Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. If you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the HR Advisory /Staff augmentation/Managed Services , and a knack for connecting with people, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of HR / Staff Augmentation solutions through research, networking, and cold outreach.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their HRO needs and providing tailored solutions.

Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures to clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue pipelines using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
