About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate – Yoga & Wellness Programs with prior experience in selling yoga, wellness, meditation, fitness, personal growth or related programs.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B and/or B2C sales and understand the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospect engagement to relationship building and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for yoga, meditation and wellness programs.
• Connect with potential customers through calls, messages and online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and communicate program benefits effectively.
• Convert qualified leads into paid participants through consistent follow-ups.
• Handle both B2C sales and B2B partnership opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and pipeline updates.
• Represent the organisation professionally and communicate its values effectively.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in Yoga, Wellness, Meditation, Fitness, Health & Lifestyle or similar programs preferred.
• Experience selling wellness sessions, yoga programs, courses or workshops.
• B2C and/or B2B sales experience.
• Strong lead generation and conversion skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
• A target-oriented approach with a high sense of sales ownership.

Important: Candidates without prior relevant sales experience, particularly in yoga, wellness, meditation, fitness or lifestyle programs, are not preferred. Candidates with more than 2 years of experience may not be considered for this position.
