Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Business Development Executives. The Overseas Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication and fostering strong client relationships. The role will involve establishing and maintaining partnerships with overseas clients and identifying business opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

Must Have :

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with 02 year of experience in business development or related roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business setting
• Interest in the software development industry or a related technical environment
• Comfortable working with overseas clients or in an international business context
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Located within commutable distance to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
• Availability for night shifts (4:00PM1:00AM)

Preferred to Have :

• Internship or coursework in market research or lead generation
• Experience making introductory/cold calls (e.g., sales outreach or survey calls)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
• Basic understanding of technology and software development concepts
