Role Overview -

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our IT services and AI-based solutions. The role focuses on leveraging online platforms and executing effective outbound sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :-

1- Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
  • Research potential clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Submit proposals, respond to project requirements, and follow up with prospects.

2- Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Sell IT services, AI products, and digital solutions to new clients.
  • Conduct online meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3- Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships.

4- Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain sales reports and track leads, proposals, and conversions using CRM tools.

Requirements :-

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or IT services sales.
  • Experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, software development, or AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills :-

  • Experience in SaaS or IT services sales.
  • Knowledge of AI, web development, mobile applications, or cloud services.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
