Role Overview -
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our IT services and AI-based solutions. The role focuses on leveraging online platforms and executing effective outbound sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :-
1- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Research potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Submit proposals, respond to project requirements, and follow up with prospects.
2- Client Acquisition & Sales
- Sell IT services, AI products, and digital solutions to new clients.
- Conduct online meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships.
4- Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain sales reports and track leads, proposals, and conversions using CRM tools.
Requirements :-
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or IT services sales.
- Experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, software development, or AI solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills :-
- Experience in SaaS or IT services sales.
- Knowledge of AI, web development, mobile applications, or cloud services.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
