We are looking for a target-driven and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in business development or sales in ERP/IT domain and understanding of ERP systems.

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.

Client Engagement:

  • Understand client needs and present tailored ERP/IT solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights to the product and marketing teams.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with software sales cycles.
  • Able to generate new leads and create multiple lead sources from Email/ LinkedIn/Phone 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in ERP/IT domain.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and IT services.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Have experience extracting multiple leads for databases available
  • Have experience in working with products that have a ticket value of 20 lakhs.
