We are looking for a target-driven and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team on a 3-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services, HR tech, or SaaS. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound activities (LinkedIn, cold calling, email, networking, etc.)
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet weekly/monthly revenue and lead-generation targets
- Pitch Workfall's services to prospective clients and schedule qualified meetings/demos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (Recruitment & Operations) to deliver a smooth client experience
- Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and support closure of deals
- Maintain reports and CRM hygiene regularly
Requirements:
- 23 years of proven experience in Business Development / B2B Sales (IT/Staffing/SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools, lead-generation platforms, and outbound outreach
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with individual ownership of targets
- Based in Bangalore and available for on-site work
