Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role in Kolkata for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, working to expand the customer base, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, handling client accounts, managing ongoing accounts, presenting proposals, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The Business Development Executive will also analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to enhance business growth.

Qualifications

• Must have prior B2B experience in handling key accounts in leading corporates and other organizations.
• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure potential clients.
• Strong expertise in Business strategy and relationship management to drive growth and cultivate partnerships.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in Account Management, including handling client portfolios and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and meet organizational goals.
• Experience in international markets and export operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
