Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team, working closely with engineering, product development, and the founders. The focus is on identifying potential clients within the drone ecosystem and persuading decision-makers to choose WelkinRim. This role bridges the company and clients, ensuring confidentiality and continuous engagement to boost brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute business development activities through proactive client interactions.
  • Assist in client meetings to capture requirements and collaborate with the technical team.
  • Draft proposals and budgets for new projects.
  • Follow up with clients on proposals, invoices, and testimonials.
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into specifications.

Goals for the First Year

  • Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, and internal processes.
  • Establish systems for lead generation, marketing, and events.
  • Maintain targeted email lists.
  • Support cross-functional teams with event activities and campaigns.
  • Assist in proposal drafting and creating marketing materials.
