Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building a strong client pipeline through lead generation activities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and managing key accounts. The role also involves preparing client presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets by collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.

#JobRole: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Digital Marketing

#Experience Required:

# 1–2 Years (Only in Digital Marketing / IT Sales Industry)
(Website, SEO, CRM, Software, App Development, etc.)

Location: Janakpuri (Onsite)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Only candidates with relevant experience in digital marketing / IT sales will be considered

No freshers / no other industry experience will be entertained

# Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and close deals for services like website, SEO, CRM, and software
Handle client calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal team for smooth project execution

Salary Structure

Fixed Salary: 18,000 – 25,000 ( as per expericne and mkt standard
Incentives: Performance-based (High earning potential)
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including persuasive negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing or IT services industry is a plus
