Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi

Experience: 1-3 years BDE experience from agency background only

Salary: Up to 35,000 or more (based on experience and previous CTC)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agency sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in an agency setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
