About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a recent MBA/PGDM qualification or a minimum of 06 months of experience and interest in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Marketing or B2B Sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, creating meaningful conversations, pitching services, and supporting revenue growth. Experience in selling marketing, digital, creative, or tech-driven solutions is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, databases, and industry networks.
  2. Cold Outreach Execute structured cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging to generate qualified leads.
  3. Pipeline Building Maintain and nurture a strong sales funnel with consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  4. Client Pitching Present Voix & Vision Worx's offerings confidently to prospects through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions.
  5. Requirement Gathering Understand client marketing and business needs to propose the right solutions.
  6. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with Strategy, Design, and Performance Marketing teams to prepare pitch decks and proposals.
  7. CRM & Reporting Manage all leads, activities, and pipeline updates in CRM tools; prepare weekly sales reports for leadership.
  8. Proposal Development Support in drafting proposals, quotations, and business presentations for prospective clients.
  9. Market Intelligence Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnership opportunities.
  10. Deal Closure Support Assist in negotiation, documentation, and timely closure of deals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Recent MBA/PGDM passed-out candidate.

Minimum 06 months of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales (agency or service-based business preferred) would be a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead nurturing.

Experience working with CRM tools and email automation platforms.

High energy, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Previous Internship in selling advertising, branding, social media, or digital marketing services.

Ability to build pitch decks or coordinate proposal creation.

Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviour and lead qualification frameworks.
