Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented International Telecaller with excellent English communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and preferably an American accent.

The candidate will be responsible for approaching international clients, introducing our accounting and bookkeeping services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international prospects, particularly businesses in the UAE, USA, and other global markets.

- Introduce our accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, and financial outsourcing services.

- Identify potential clients and understand their accounting and financial management requirements.

- Convince prospective clients through effective communication and professional sales techniques.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the business development team.

- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Maintain accurate calling records, client details, and follow-up status in CRM.

- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- English Communication: Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and fluency.

- American Accent: American accent or American-style English pronunciation strongly preferred.

- Multilingual Skills: Knowledge of English, Arabic, and Urdu is highly desirable.

- Convincing Power: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Sales Skills: Ability to engage decision-makers and generate interest in services.

- Confidence: Professional telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.

- Experience: Previous experience in international telecalling, B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred.

- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services will be an advantage.
