Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and online platforms.
  • Generate high-quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Cold call, email, and follow up with prospects to schedule meetings and demos.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Present company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share progress updates with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
