- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and online platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Cold call, email, and follow up with prospects to schedule meetings and demos.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Present company products/services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Market Research & Strategy
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share progress updates with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
