Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Dehradun. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong network of clients. You will maintain and manage client accounts while fostering long-term relationships. Additionally, you will support strategic initiatives to meet business growth targets and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficient in Communication and Negotiation, with an emphasis on building client trust
  • Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and growing existing client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics is preferred
