Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can actively identify, approach, and convert potential clients in B2B segments.
This is not a passive role, you will be expected to generate opportunities, build relationships, and close deals independently.
Key Responsibilites
• Identify and target potential clients in real estate, industrial, and infrastructure sectors
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and field visits
• Pitch VirTour's services and explain value proposition clearly
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution handover
• Maintain basic reporting of outreach and conversions
What We Are Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads independently (not just handle inbound)
• Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
• Basic understanding of real estate / commercial real estate / industrial sales is a plus
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
