Job Description
We are looking for a business development executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into customers through effective sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify prospects and introduce products and services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements
- Travel for client meetings when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
- Target-orientated and proactive approach
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM, and basic MS Office
