You'll be working closely with founders and operators who have scaled global platforms, invested in high-growth startups, and shaped national digital innovation. We move fast, experiment boldly, and celebrate execution over perfection.

What You'll Do (Your Impact)

As our Business Development Executive, you will grow VibeSquad's brand partnerships and revenue pipeline. Your work will help more consumer brands tap into creators, communities, and modern influencer-led commerce.

• Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with digital-first and D2C brands

• Build strong relationships with marketing and growth leaders across the ecosystem

• Develop tailored proposals and pricing designed to convert conversations into revenue

• Support onboarding and ensure smooth campaign execution with our operations and creator teams

• Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools with consistent follow-ups and reporting

• Share insights and learnings to optimize our go-to-market and sales playbooks

• Represent VibeSquad at networking events, brand conferences, and partnership activations

You will see the direct impact of the deals you close, on our growth and the brands we empower.

What You'll Bring

• Graduate degree with 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, brand partnerships, or a startup growth role

• Confidence in pitching and negotiating with brand leaders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with persuasive storytelling

• A structured approach to outreach, lead qualification, and closing

• Comfort working with goals, metrics, and revenue accountability

• Ability to quickly understand brand needs and propose solutions that deliver value

• Self-starter energy, proactive, organized, and resilient in a fast-paced environment

• Bonus: Interest in creators, influencer marketing, and the D2C ecosystem

Compensation: INR 5,00,000 – 7,00,000 + performance incentives + ESOP potential
