Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, maintaining and growing client relationships through effective account management, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The role demands a proactive approach to creating and fostering a pipeline of opportunities for organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation/Follow up and Conversion
• Understanding of Business and Account Management principles
• Excellent written and verbal Communication abilities
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus
