Role Description

Proactively identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and continued growth.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine business strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and maximize impact.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM too

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong expertise in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in market research and ability to identify potential business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the health, nutraceutical, or related industries is advantageous
