Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and supporting account management activities. The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Proven experience in the financial services or related industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is desirable
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging sales targets
  • Conduct client meetings field visits
  • Pitch secured loan products explain offerings clearly
