Job Overview
V-Accel is looking for a Business Development Executive who will engage with prospective customers through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls to convert leads into successful sales. The role requires clearly explaining services and offerings to potential clients, understanding customer requirements, and aligning our services accordingly to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers through inbound lead follow-ups.
Conduct outbound calls to convert leads into successful sales.
Clearly explain services and offerings to potential clients, effectively addressing their needs.
Understand customer requirements and align our services accordingly.
Present services by emphasizing key features and benefits.
Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
Confidently close sales and negotiate terms when required.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report weekly progress to the Manager.
Effectively utilize CRM software to manage leads and sales pipelines.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably IT Industry.
Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil.
Prior experience in client handling and relationship management is highly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
High energy, target-driven, and excellent negotiation skills.
