Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Ghaziabad. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to company revenue growth. Daily tasks include market analysis, lead generation, client engagement, and presenting proposals. The role entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of marketing, digital strategy, and business development practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and IT services is a plus.
• Experience in CRM tools and sales analytics is advantageous.
