E-Ashwa Automotive is a fast-growing electric vehicle company focused on delivering sustainable, affordable mobility solutions across India. We are actively expanding our dealer network and market presence in the EV segment.

Role Description

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive who can drive dealer acquisition, generate leads, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role is field-oriented and requires strong execution ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors for E-Ashwa products
  • Generate and qualify business leads through field visits and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
  • Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the EV industry or automotive sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on-ground in Ghaziabad
  • Basic understanding of dealer network or B2B sales
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
