Job Description:
Communicate with senior executive and C-level decision makers
Experienced in executing high-volume outbound calling to identify and qualify decision makers for SAP solutions.
Refined soft skills and confidence with a proven track record of lead generation.
Identify and qualify prospects adhering to the BANT criteria defined for each product /service offering
Email marketing and LinkedIn personalized messaging
Multi-channel prospecting including cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, email to secure appointments for online demonstrations of software products
Follow-up with prospects to educate them on the CyberTech product and service offerings
Co-ordinate and schedule software product demos tailored to customer needs and answer product questions during pre-sales meetings
Respond promptly to prospect/client questions, consult with customer services and delivery team and coordinate providing detailed technical explanations of product features and capabilities
Coordinate with product/technical team to come up with estimates and technical information
Initiate conversation and relationship building with relevant business and technical stakeholders
Coordinate with delivery team to facilitate the free trials to prospect
Must have skills:
High-Volume Calling Record: A documented track record of maintaining 5070 outbound cold calls per day in the US without a drop in energy or quality.
Demonstrated resilience to handle high rejection rates while remaining persistent in following up with high-value leads.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn complex and enterprise software solutions and provide demos to prospects
Experience in IT Solutions domain and enterprise account selling
Understand and communicate the key value propositions to the prospects
Identify the correct point of contact for an account
Handle objections by understanding prospect needs and pain points
Ask discovery questions to gather prospect information for sales
Master the repeatable daily process put in place by leadership
Manage the sales process and communication in the CRM accurately and consistently
Consistently accelerate call volumes
Desired Skills:
Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Teams, and Salesforce CRM is required
Professionalism and excellent presentation and communication skills to handle and present to all levels of business and technical team members from customer and partners side
Ability to work with cross-culture, on-shore/off-shore teams and clients
Experience working in inside sales across US and European markets
Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers and prospects
