Role & responsibilities
- Perform in-depth market research to uncover potential opportunities.
- Conduct lead generation and cold calls to prospects, providing detailed information about our services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's footprint in the US.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to refine business strategies.
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Drive sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to ensure successful business transactions.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Develop strategies for client retention and account growth.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 01+ years of experience in business development (or) sales / voice process with a proven track record of success in the US market.
- Strong understanding of the US business landscape and market dynamics.
- Experience in the staffing (or) recruitment industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and engage potential clients.
- Proficiency in crafting and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving business needs.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Ability to foster long-term partnerships and trust.
