We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Engineer II - CPQ Developer to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating customer requirements into functional and technical stories, driving the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of our global CPQ design model across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs), and ensuring commonality in capabilities and features developed for the CPQ platform across the enterprise.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the translation of customer requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical stories.
- Work on the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of the CPQ global design model across all SBGs, ensuring consistency and commonality in capabilities and features developed for the CPQ platform.
- Liaise with technical leads and architects to ensure solution alignment with established design standards.
- As a core member of the development and design team, develop and execute project plans, including defining technical scope, deliverables, and ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
- Develop solutions that prioritize optimal performance, quality, scalability, and security.
- Provide essential user support to facilitate the rapid adoption of standard tools and platforms, thereby speeding up the time to value of new solution capabilities.
- Align closely with enterprise-wide Agile teams and demonstrate strong adherence to Agile cadence and methodologies.
Skills Requirement:
- Proven experience in implementing technical solutions on the CPQ - SAP/Salesforce technology stack and its suite of products.
- Familiarity with integrating the SAP CPQ platform with Salesforce/CRM, SAP, CPI/CPS, or other integration platforms.
- Experience on projects in medium to large enterprise IT environments.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to IT/business stakeholders and effectively conduct show-and-tell sessions.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
