We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Associate to join our team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Partner Onboarding targets for assigned clusters.

• Manage partner operations, training, and daily activity and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Act as the key bridge between Ops and partners

• Use SQL & Excel to analyze data and drive insights

Requirements:

• A quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Languages: Tamil, Telugu Malayalam & Kannada

• Data experience is a strong plus

• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset

• Must have your own laptop
