Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidding Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Upwork profiles, writing proposals, communicating with international clients (especially from the US market), and generating business through online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's Upwork and other freelancing profiles.
- Identify suitable projects, prepare well-structured proposals, and bid effectively to win new business.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Track and analyze bidding performance and conversion rates.
- Work in alignment with US time zones when required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Upwork bidding platforms.
- Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required).
- Good understanding of AI/ML projects, including but not limited to:
- Machine Learning model development
- Data processing & NLP projects
- Computer Visionrelated tasks
- AI automation & chatbot development
- Ability to identify project opportunities related to AI/ML and pitch effectively.
- Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with US market trends and client expectations, especially in AI-focused projects.
