Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling and outbound outreach
- Execute and manage email outreach campaigns to engage potential learners
- Promote and sell Uptrail's training programmes in Data Analysis, Business Analysis and Digital Marketing
- Communicate programme benefits clearly to prospective learners
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrolments
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM or sales tools
- Work closely with marketing and growth teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
- Familiarity with email outreach or campaign tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Interest in the EdTech or online learning industry is a plus
