Uptrail is a UK-based career accelerator helping students and early-career professionals transition into the tech industry through structured, hands-on internship programmes in Data Science, Software Development, Cyber Security, Business Analysis, and Digital Marketing. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for ambitious individuals to join our team.

Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our student community and increase enrolments in our programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career, looking to gain experience in sales, business development, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Uptrail's programmes to prospective students and early-career professionals.
  • Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the enrolment process.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from students to improve our offerings.
  • Support marketing campaigns and community engagement activities when needed.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (no experience candidates welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling calls and engaging with prospects.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
  • Understanding of the education/training sector is a plus, but not required.
