Business Development Executives (BDE) .
Role Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and working professionals who have shown interest in UG/PG programs.
- Understand candidates academic background, career goals, and preferences to provide personalized counselling.
- Explain course details, university partnerships, fees, and career outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide candidates in choosing the right course and university.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and drive enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM portals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelors degree.
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in EdTech sales or academic counselling is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
