Role Description

The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, driving client acquisition, and expanding the company's market presence. Responsibilities include lead generation, building relationships with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and developing innovative strategies to support growth objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong expertise in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • Ability to create strategic business plans and identify growth opportunities
  • Proactive and target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the co-living or real estate industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment
