Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Salary: 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, generate leads, build strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base across healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, and D2C segments.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and market research
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, clinics, pharmacies, and corporate clients
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales for wellness and healthcare products/services
  • Conduct product presentations and client meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, Pharma, Wellness, or D2C industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
  • Knowledge of healthcare/wellness products will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred
