The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive our growth initiatives by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop targeted prospecting strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.

You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, establishing long-term client relationships, and providing insights that support continuous improvement in the sales process across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for identifying and qualifying potential leads aligned with company objectives.

Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and requirements.

Drive pipeline generation through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media prospecting.

Prepare customized proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to prospects business and technical needs.

Nurture prospective clients and convert qualified leads into long-term customers.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between outreach efforts and client expectations.

Analyze lead and pipeline performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, and share actionable insights with leadership.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM and sales engagement tools.

Stay informed about the company's offerings to effectively position solutions to prospective clients.

We're Looking for Someone With

3+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or a similar role.

A strong data-driven approach with a focus on meeting lead generation and pipeline targets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms like Freshsales.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Willingness to work flexible hours to support multiple global geographies.

Ability to build and maintain relationships across industries and regions.
