Role Description

• Finding new customers and business opportunities

• Calling and meeting potential clients

• Explaining company products or services

• Following up leads and converting them into sales

• Building relationships with customers

• Preparing quotations, proposals, and basic reports

• Achieving monthly sales targets and perfomance

• Maintaining client database and follow-up records

• Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers

• Explaining products, services, or offers over phone

• Generating leads and fixing appointments

• Following up interested customers

• Answering customer queries politely

• Updating call records in CRM 

• Meeting daily call and lead target

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Expertise in Business strategy and Account Management
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth targets
