Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru North. The selected candidate will identify and secure new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and design tailored proposals to meet customer needs. Additionally, the role involves market research, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales reporting, alongside collaboration with various internal teams for alignment on business objectives.

• Proficiency in Business Development, including client relationship management and lead generation
• Market research and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities
• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in creating and presenting proposals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the higher education or ed-tech industry is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools will be considered an advantage
