Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:- Identify and target potential customers through various sources such as online research, outbound calls, and email outreach. - Create a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Customer Engagement:- Initiate conversations with leads and engage in consultative selling to understand their requirements and pain points. - Effectively communicate the value of Unacademy's educational offerings and how they can benefit the customer.
3. Product Knowledge:- Stay up-to-date with Unacademy's educational products and services to effectively convey their benefits to potential customers.
- Provide product demonstrations when necessary.
4. Sales Cycles:- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Create and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
5. Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
6. Sales Targets:- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
7. Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance data.
- Provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, etc.).
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. -
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
