Role Overview

We are hiring MBA freshers for our Business Development team who are keen to build a career in B2B SaaS sales. This role is designed as a Management Trainee program, offering hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle and client engagement process.

This is a revenue-focused role with clear expectations on ownership, execution, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions through consultative selling
  • Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
  • Track and report daily sales activities, pipeline, and performance
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business/Finance) Mandatory
  • Strong interest in business development and sales
  • Internship experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage

  • Fluent English communication (verbal and written) – Mandatory
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
