Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths, support their academic goals, and ensure a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel prospective and enrolled students on course selection and career options
* Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
* Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly
* Follow up with leads and support student enrollment
* Maintain accurate student records and reports
* Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
* Provide ongoing support to students during their course period
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand student needs and provide guidance
* Basic computer knowledge
* Problem-solving and counseling skills
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in education counseling, credit card sales, matrimony, or business development is an added advantage.
