We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to play a pivotal role in our company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience across all phases of the sales cycle. They should be adept at establishing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones, all while demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.

Experience: 0-6 month

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a project coordinator, facilitating the connection between clients and the right freelancers to ensure successful project completion.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand our client base.
  3. Onboard highly skilled freelancers to enhance our talent pool.
  4. Promote membership plans to freelancers for their benefit and our platform's success.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Previous experience in client management is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A genuine interest in the field of sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a valuable asset.

Skills:

  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal both).
  • Self-Confidence.
  • Market Knowledge - Freelancing and Freelancers.
