Business Development Executive Trainee

This is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive Trainee. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, developing and nurturing relationships, and presenting iSmartRecruit solutions to meet client needs. The role involves market research, lead generation, preparing sales proposals, providing product demonstrations, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align strategies. The executive will also participate in training programs to acquire a deep understanding of the platform and contribute to business growth efforts.

• Strong business development skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and sales strategy development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and the recruitment domain is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
